Welcome to the Devchuli App (hereinafter referred to as "Application"). This Application is a free service created by Kisan Care Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") and is owned by Devchuli Municipality. The primary users of this Application are farmers and citizens of the municipality, with administrators being the officers from Devchuli Municipality.

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application are owned by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or its services at any time for any reason. Any changes to the services or charges will be clearly communicated to you.
The Application stores and processes personal data provided by you to deliver the services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and access to the Application. Jailbreaking or rooting your phone is strongly discouraged as it may compromise your phone's security and affect the functionality of the Application.

The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application’s performance if you lack Wi-Fi access or have exceeded your data allowance. The Service Provider may terminate the Application’s use at any time without notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will end, and you must cease using the Application and delete it from your device.
